The basics
What is MINKO?+
A token launchpad on Robinhood Chain. Every token trades on a bonding curve until it sells out, then moves to Uniswap. The twist: any buy can come with an undo window.
Which network does it run on?+
Robinhood Chain, an Ethereum L2 built on Arbitrum Orbit (chain ID 4663). Prices, fees, premiums and refunds are all in ETH.
Which wallets work?+
Any EVM wallet that can add a custom network: MetaMask, Rabby, Coinbase Wallet, Rainbow, or anything that connects through WalletConnect.
How do I get ETH on Robinhood Chain?+
Bridge it over from Ethereum using the official bridge or one of the partner routes listed in the Robinhood Chain bridging docs.
Does MINKO hold my money?+
No. MINKO is a website on top of public smart contracts. Funds sit in each token's curve contract, and the ETH in an undo window can only be withdrawn by the wallet that opened it.
Is MINKO connected to Robinhood?+
No. MINKO is an independent project that runs on Robinhood Chain. It isn't made, endorsed or reviewed by Robinhood, and listing a token here is not an endorsement by anyone.
Undo windows
What is an undo window?+
When you buy, you pick a window from 15 minutes to 24 hours. While it's open, your tokens are held for you and your ETH is set aside. If the price drops, press Undo and the ETH you spent on tokens comes back.
What exactly do I get back when I undo?+
Every wei you spent on the tokens themselves, in the same transaction. The trading fee and the window premium are not refunded. They are the price of having the option.
How much is the premium?+
2% × √hours of the buy amount. That works out to 1% for 15 minutes, 2% for an hour, about 4.9% for 6 hours and about 9.8% for 24 hours. All of it buys the token back and burns it.
What happens if I do nothing?+
When the window ends the tokens are yours, exactly as if you had pressed Keep. A public keeper sends them to your wallet, or you can claim them yourself at any time.
Are there limits on windows?+
Yes. Each window has a maximum size, and new windows close once 85% of the curve has sold. Windows that are already open keep working until they end.
Can sellers drain the escrow?+
No. Sellers are paid from the curve's own ETH, at a price that leaves open windows out, so the curve can always pay every seller without touching anyone's window.
Fees
What does trading cost?+
1% on every buy and sell. Half goes to the token's creator and half to the platform.
Why is the fee higher right after a launch?+
For the first two minutes the fee slides from 20% down to 1%, which makes sniping the launch block expensive. Everything above 1% buys the token back and burns it.
Can fees change after a launch?+
No. Fee settings are copied into the curve when the token launches. Config changes only apply to tokens launched later.
Launching and graduation
What does it cost to launch?+
Only the network fee. There's no pre-mine and no creator first buy.
What does a launch create?+
One transaction deploys a token with a fixed supply of 1 billion and no owner, plus its own bonding curve. 800 million sell on the curve and 200 million are set aside for the Uniswap pool. No minting, pausing, blacklists or transfer taxes, ever.
When does a token move to Uniswap?+
Once the curve sells out and every open undo window has settled. Then the curve's ETH and the reserved tokens seed a Uniswap v3 pool at the curve's final price.
Who runs graduations and expiries?+
Anyone can. The functions are public. MINKO runs a keeper that does it automatically, so you don't have to.
Locked LP or burned LP?+
The creator chooses at launch. Locked means the position sits in a contract with no withdraw function and the creator can claim the pool fees. Burned means it goes to a dead address and nobody can touch it.
What if graduation fails?+
If it hasn't gone through within 3 days of the curve selling out, trading on the curve opens again.
Why was my token rejected?+
Names or tickers that imitate stocks, ETFs or well-known brands, including Robinhood Stock Tokens, can't launch on MINKO.
Safety
Can I still lose money?+
Yes. An undo window only protects a buy while it's open. After you keep, or after the window ends, the tokens can lose some or all of their value like any other token.
Have the contracts been audited?+
Not by an outside firm yet. The contracts have been through an internal security review, and the issues it found were fixed before launch. An independent audit is still planned, so don't use money you can't afford to lose.
Who can change the contracts?+
Nobody can change a token that already exists: the contracts can't be upgraded and every token keeps the fees and rules it launched with. The MINKO team can change the settings for new launches only.
